Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. Packages may experience a delay during shipment due to COVID-19.

To ensure your package is properly delivered and you receive your package within the timeframe stated above, please confirm your mailing address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information (i.e., the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information when applicable). The Twenty Third Store does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrectly entered information at the time of purchase.
